Sales Kits

Purpose

Sales Kits can be used to bundle items. They can be used in sales invoice entry. They're converted into separate items when entering in the sales invoice.

Procedure

enter a new kit - select New Kit from the drop-down list.
Enter Alias/kit code
Select first component
Enter the description
Select the Category from the drop-down list
Enter the Quantity of the items in each kit
Click the Add New button to confirm.
You can also, edit a kit - select a sale kit and edit components.

Tips and Tricks

Money Discount on Bundle

Assume Each individual Bottle sells for Rs. 60.
Create Sales Kit for 6 bottles
Set separate price for the SalesKit of 6 bottles (say Rs. 300)
On selecting sales kit in Sales Invoice you will end with 6 bottles @ Rs. 50 each and no explicit discount.
